Michel Brutti, Founder and CEO of Clear Skies:

With 30 years of experience managing global portfolios worth up to $10 billion, Michel recognized that generating returns and creating positive impact could go hand-in-hand. His journey included senior leadership at Jarislowsky Fraser, where he championed sustainable investing. Founding Clear Skies was the natural culmination of his life’s work—merging his technical skills and strategic insights. At Clear Skies, Michel leads with a vision of building a legacy where capital drives meaningful change.

Today, she leads our team in managing impactful dialogues with investees, ensuring our engagement efforts align with our mission of creating measurable impact and performance. Meet Jacques-Alexandre Caussignac, Chief Compliance Office and Director of Client Experience. With a 25+ years journey at the intersection of financial markets, risk management and sustainability, Jacques looks for  partnerships that can accelerate the transformation of capitalism into a lever for creating a better world.

This is Polina Gamayunova, a financial professional with a unique edge — a background in psychology that’s proven invaluable in shaping successful strategies and impactful investments. Nazim Benguettat is a global equity analyst at Clear Skies, leveraging his strong foundation in finance and innovation to drive impactful investment decisions. A graduate with distinction from Concordia University’s Bachelor of Commerce and Finance program, Nazim’s academic excellence and expertise in AI and research were recognized through prestigious awards and honours. He brings a data-driven approach to identifying quality stocks and performing impact investment strategies.

This is Triet Nguyen, investment analyst with a focus on biodiversity. A passion for sustainability combined with past investment experience provides for a keen eye when identifying companies that provide the most value to all stakeholders. Triet brings a love for deep research, ensuring no stone is left unturned.
